We are a small independent team of digital media production management consultants.
We're most definitely straight-talking. Founded in 2009, and incorporated in 2010, renedelabre.com was born out of a frustration with industry production standards and practices. The founding principles of value and transparency still remain, but the frustration has now mellowed through definition, and our practices now reflect the principles that define our business philosophy.
We believe sectoral relevant academic and professional qualifications are an essential ingredient for all professionals wishing to discuss often complex digital challenges in a common language. So in addition to extensive experience, we insist that all of our consultants hold and maintain a healthy mix of industry specific academic and production recognised professional qualifications.

Many of our founding principles owe much to two visionary
Swedish economists, Kjell Nordström and Jonas Ridderstråle. Their 2000 book, Funky Business
, sowed the seeds for our belief in the fact that a high quality
, measurable service
delivery can significantly reduce a clients cumulative effort, which also conveniently helps to increases the direct business value.
Ours is based on quality and process, and probably best summed up in two words, 'considered detail'.
By 'detail' we actually mean the application of scientific rigor to ensure your organisation's individual digital requirements are captured and interpreted correctly, and specified efficiently, guaranteeing maximisation of both your time and effort. Our daily appetite as a company is probably best reflected through our overriding mission statement.
We are all, both individually and collectively as a team, proud to deliver against our mission everyday.
To provide practical and insightful digital production management consultancy, and a supporting range of production management services; based upon a combination of proven practical implementation experience, awarded academic and professional digital production know-how, and any available or relevant digital industry production standards.
